Shipping

The shipping calculated at the checkout is PER item, sadly it can't work out if one product can fit inside another - if you are purchasing multiple items of different sizes please feel free to contact us for a personalised quote.

Large furniture items

​All Things French can provide a direct shipping quote (including packaging). Shipping excludes any insurance and is shipped at the owners risk. We strongly recommend adding your item(s) to your contents insurance (or equivalent). Once the item has been collected from All Things French, it is no longer our responsibility.

Large decor items

For larger decor items such as chairs, we use standard freight. All pickups are generally made on a Thursday or Friday.

We recommend you also include insurance for more expensive items.

Small items

We use NZ Post for our smaller items and will have the item ready for pick up within 48 hours of order.  Delivery is usually made within 5 working days from pick up. Please note, delivery times can vary depending and are dependent on the providers delivery systems.

 

A signature will be required and delivery is only to physical addresses, not PO Boxes. Please provide 'authority to leave' in the Notes section of the checkout if applicable.
